Our commitment

This website serves families of athletes from kindergarten through 12th grade. We collect as little information as possible and never sell personal information.

Information we collect

• Contact and sponsorship forms: your name, email, optional phone number, and message. These are stored securely and viewed only by authorized program staff.
• Spam prevention: a one-way, daily-rotating fingerprint derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored with submissions.
• Staff accounts: name and email of invited coaches and volunteers, plus a log of changes they make to website content.

Student information

• The website does not collect student medical information, birthdays, home addresses, or payment details.
• Athlete names, photos, and roster details are published only with appropriate permission, and are private by default.
• Photos are reviewed by authorized staff before they appear publicly.
• There is no public athlete search or directory.

Registration and payments

Registration and donations are handled by external services linked from this site. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Cookies

Public pages do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Staff who sign in receive a secure session cookie required for login.

Requests and questions

To request removal of a photo or other information, or with any privacy question, please use the Contact page. Requests involving students are handled promptly.
